Winter Season: High £599 (Christmas & New Year, February half-term), Mid £499 (most other dates including Easter), Low £399 (January & April except Easter) Summer Season: High £599 (July & August), Mid £499 (June) Out of season: Just £199! When the apartment is available out of season the rental charge is only £199 per week. It can be the perfect break for walking or relaxing, visiting local sites of interest, even writing that book or completing that project in peace. The low rental cost reflects the fact that no linen can be provided, cleaning is not checked, and the local facilities may be restricted eg swimming pool/lifts may not be open. - Send a deposit cheque for £150 to the address on this page
- Your deposit will be receipted, with a confirmation of your dates and a note of the date and amount of your balance payment
- The balance should be posted to reach us by 6wks before your holiday date
- Your balance payment will be receipted and directions give as well as the key code for access
- Along with your balance payment please enclose a separate refundable damage deposit cheque of £150, which will be held un-banked and returned unless there is any verified damage
- Request discounted lift passes within 5days of your holiday (these are paid for COD)
- Please note the apartment is no smoking and no pets are allowed
- *Linen & towels included for bookings in winter or summer season, between season price reflects that this service can't be provided.
- Note that although we, or in our absence anyone we call on to give assistance, will do our very best to solve any problems that arise; La Corniche and it's proprietors cannot be held responsible for events outside their control, including but not restricted to, adverse weather, power cuts, strikes, malfunction of wifi etc.

Cancellation |

1. |
To reserve the property the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial non refundable deposit (£150 or 200 euro). Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, alpineholidayapartment / La Corniche will send a confirmation invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking. |
2. |
The balance of the rent, together with the security deposit (see clause 4) is payable not less than 56 days before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, alpineholidayapartment / La Corniche reserves the right to give notice in writing that the rental is cancelled. The client will remain liable to pay the balance. Reservations made within 56 days of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking. |

Any chargeable expenses arising during the rental period must be settled immediately. |
4. |
A security deposit is required in case of damage to the property or its contents (the amount is stated on property publicity). However the sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the client's liability to alpineholidayapartment / La Corniche |
5. |
Alpineholidayapartment / La Corniche will account to the client for the security deposit and refund the balance due within 14 days after the end of the rental period. |
6. |
The rental period shall commence at 4.00 p.m. on the first day and finish at 10.00 am on the last day unless otherwise agreed. Alpineholidayapartment /La Corniche shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation or any of its facilities before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated unless otherwise agreed. |

The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed six persons unless alpineholidayapartment /La Corniche has given written permission. |
8. |
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Alpineholidayapartment / La Corniche reserve the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. The client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to those residents in neighbouring properties. |
9. |
The client shall report to the telephone number supplied at booking, without delay, any breakdown in equipment or defects in the property. Arrangements for repair or replacement will be made as soon as possible. |
10. |
La Corniche shall not be liable to the client:
for any temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the property.
for any loss damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of alpineholidayapartment / La Corniche.
for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, alpineholidayapartment/ La Corniche shall, with seven days of notification to the client refund to the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. |
11. |
Under no circumstances shall Alpineholidayapartment /La Corniche liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the proprietors of La Corniche for the rental period. |
This contract shall be governed by Irish law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in Ireland. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in Ireland. |
